nuPhar Fresh Breath Strips

Hi all,

I have been reading about LT and its been said that ketosis can give you bad breath. I spoke to my Chemist and he said that Sugar free gum isn't allowed. Listerine use to make the breath strips but no longer do, so he recommended these nuPhar Fresh Breath Strips.

Has anyone else tried these and are they ok to use while on LT?

Hi hun,
These are fine to use! Your pharmacist should be able to order them for you. They are on the lipotrim website but last time I checked you couldn't order them on there.

I was told that Listerine Original mouthwash is ok to use, but that's not much use if you are out & about. I will pick up some of these.

i used to use them alot at the start, there ok i suppose, but they stick to the top of your mouth and i found them sickly lol..... but its better than having bad breath x

I use them (keep them in my purse for just in case moments!) find them very helpful!!

I use Ice Drops from my chemist they are fine for LT users they come in different mint flavours you get a tiny bottle with the liquid in and they cost only 59p each they are really strong in taste and a small drop lasts a while they are called the liquid breath mint Linda
