Hi Folks,

I am on Week 2 Day 5 of Weight-Matters (W8).

My first weigh-in was last Friday and I lost 9lbs!!!:bliss:

Hoping to get close to a stone by the end of this week!

In total I have 60lbs to lose and I've lost 10lbs overall so far!!

Wish me luck!!!:D
 
Week Two Weigh In

I am now officially 12st 12lbs. So that means I have lost 3lbs this week!!!:sigh: Was hoping for a little more than that!!!:cry:

But not to be discouraged at least it didn't go up....:D
 
Week Three weigh in results:

12 st 8lbs!!!

That's another 4lbs off this week...really happy!!!:D

I start Cambridge Diet today too, so looking forward to lose the rest of my weight with CD!! Love the flavours I've had so far: Toffee & Walnut, Butterscotch!
