Hey all is the oat bran crucial?
I know calories and carbs ect arnt the point on dukan but l am shocked that 100g of oatmeal is 340 calories (I think) and really high in carbs.
What would happen if you avoided it? Suppose a teaspoon isn't that much but would it make a difference?
