Hi folks! This is a continuation of the monthly exercise motivator threads. Any n all exercise counts, u can be following any diet/eating plan or none at all n u don't ave 2 set a target unless u want 2! I personally ave definately found these threads 2 b gr8 motivatation over the last few months!

Anyone can join, just copy the list to your post and add your name to the bottom. To keep the most recent participants, targets and updates, copy the most recent posted list to your post and update with any exercise you've done.

2day's exercise: 30mins power walk

Here's hopin I can still hit my 20hr target this month since I'v now got less than 10wks 2 go in my pregnancy. Altho I managed it in May I didn't do quite as well as I did in April so fingers x'd 4 a decent result! :cross:

I've reset the Achieved times so update as required. Also please feel free 2 amend the target times as u wish or don't ave a target at all if that's wat u'd prefer......:)
 
This is such a good idea. I like to have something to work towards and exercise is my weakness. I just dont!

There is no reason why I couldnt manage a daily walk, especially after todays shift when i have two weeks off work revising. In fact it would be good to clear my head.

I'm hopin 2 get out 4 a walk this afternoon 2 but that all depends on the weather, which sucks at the mo! :(

Went for a walk this afternoon just down the fields behind my house. Took my camera so I didnt feel so daft.
Thats 20 minutes of body magic yay :D

Another walk - same distance but i worked it harder so did it in 15 minutes today. Very important I keep this up especially being off work as my role is normally fairly active.
I know its only a walk but it all counts eh

No exercise this evenin cos I didn't think it was wise after avin so much blood taken at my midwife app this afternoon! lol!

2day: 20mins prenatal pilates n 30mins power walk
= 1hr 50mins :)

Will try 2 do better but I'v got a rotten cold at the mo which is makin exercise difficult! :sick:
