Yep, totally just relax the plan a wee bit and take it easier :) you're doing so amazing with your exercise! honestly, putting most non-preggers people here to shame! :)

Well we don't kno the sex 4 def but I'v managed 2 convince myself it'll b a boy n altho I don't mind either way really if I'm bein totally honest I wud love a wee boy! The main thing is that he or she is healthy n happy tho as u say.

Since startin SW a few years ago I'v got back in2 exercise in a big way n I'v become totally addicted 2 pilates! lol! I do miss the more physical stuff that I can't do while pregnant tho but 2 much longer 2 wait now! lol! :D

Hey!

Another 60 mins of swimming. Actually made myself do lengths, managed over 30 in 45 mins (slow, I know but I'm still proud!) the remainder of the time was just relaxing and stretching in the water.

So, 4hr36mins.

Bit concerned that I may not meet my target! Won't be far off though, an hour maybe.

Just updating wat I hadn't logged 4 the last few days of June n then I'l post a link 2 the new thread 4 July....

Fri: 20mins prenatal pilates in the mornin n 30mins power walk at lunchtime
Sat: epic fail! lol!
Sun: 20mins prenatal pilates

So over all that's another 1hr n 10mins 2 add to my total for June bringin me up 2 a target beating 24hrs n 5mins! Whoop Whoop! :D
 
Well done to everyone on their targets in June!!

I only managed 25 mins at the gym on Sat morning so total from mid June onwards was 5 hours out of my 7. Happy with that!

Will join the July challenge :)
