2day's exercise: 20mins prenatal pilates this morning n 30mins powerwalk at lunch time = 50mins :)
No exercise this evenin tho which was naughty but my nose is just 2 bunged up! YUK! :(

Yesterday's exercise: 20mins prenatal pilates, 30mins powerwalk at lunch time, 45mins badminton in the evenin = 1hr 35mins
2day exercise: 20mins prenatal pilates n nothing else cos I'm avin a lazy day! lol! :D

That's 1hr 55mins added on in total then... :)

Hey can I join in? I know it's half through the month but I'd like to put in 7 hours target.

Off to the gym at 11.30 this morning (first time back since May) and I'm starting my couch25k on Monday so bring it on!! :D
 
Did 35 mins at the gym today (25 on cross trainer and 10 on a bike - it hurt :( )

Going swimming tomorrow for the first time in MONTHS.

Woo! Feeling good though.

Apparently I've killed the thread :wave_cry::cry:

buuuut, I did go swimming today!

Did 40 mins swimming (I must stress that this wasn't all lengths as I did think I may die at the start) however, I did keep moving the whole time. Body is aching now.

So this weekend has seen;

35 mins cardio at the gym
40 mins swimming.

Not too shabby.
 
Haha mrsrugball :) well done on the exercise, had a rest day yesterday need to find motivation for shred tonight!
 
Woo! rest day sounds smashing! My next rest day is Wed. Bringing the pain for my laziness over the past 2 months.

OMG I just realised that my name was in the initial list (carried over from May) I am such a ditz sometimes lol.

Well, I'd still like to change my target to 7 hours by end of June and I've achieved 1hour 15mins so far wooo!

ps - what's the shred that everyone talks about?! :confused: good luck whatever it is! x

2day: 30mins prenatal pilates - so far! I'm off work 2day sortin wat's gona b the baby's room so not sure if I'l get any more exercise fitted in!

Anyway that's 2hr 5mins 2 add 2 my total! :D

I'v seen a lot of people on minimins mention this Shred n I'm DEF gona give it a go after the baby's born! I'm SOOO fed up of prenatal exercise I actually can't wait 2 get a proper sweat on! Lol! :D

How long do you have to go? Is it just a gentler form of exercise you do?

Good on you for exercising throughout, hope I'm as motivated when I have one :-D xx
 
I'v got just over 7wks left n altho I'v had a really gr8 pregnancy (no sickness or any "symptoms" at all!) - I just can't wait 2 get my body back! lol! As 4 exercise I do pilates tha'st specifically designed 4 pregnancy, I'v several different dvds so I can mix n match. I also ave another pregnancy exercise DVD of Suzanne's Bowen's called Pregnancy Lean & Toned which I try 2 do several times a week as well. It's a bit more cardio than pilates tho so I aven't done it whilst avin a dose of the cold lol! Now that my cold's cleared up I intend 2 get back on it this week!
I really think the exercise has helped 2wards me avin such an easy pregnancy so far. I also think it's helped control my weight gain as I'v only gained 1st 4lbs so far. I don't seem 2 ave put weight on anywhere on my body really other than getting a bump, well a wee bit on the top of my legs mayb! lol! I'm just hopin the labour goes as well as the pregnancy has n I can get back 2 plan 100% (I'v relaxed it a "BIT"! lol!) n back 2 my "proper" exercise as soon as poss after the baby comes.
R u planning 2 ave kids anytime soon then?
 
That's great you do all that, and so good to not have gained too much :-D

We're thinking for next year which is one of my main motivators for getting some weight off first, would be over the moon if I only gained 1st 4lbs! Is this your first? xx
 
Yeah this is my 1st (n last! I'm 35 so 2 old 4 any more! lol!) I'm hopin my over all gain won't b more than 2st so there won't b 2 much 2 lose afterwards. I'm also hopin I'l manage 2 breast feed as not only shud it b better 4 the baby but it shud help wif me wif weight loss as well! x
