I'm going to have a go at this too. I used to go to group and did reach target, but have got lazy (and busy doing other stuff) over this year so some of the weight has gone back on.
I weighed in this morning at 11st 3lb and I think my ultimate goal will be 9st10lb (I'm 5'7" so not too low).
My October goal will be to lose 7lb.
Now I've committed myself, I'm definitely going to get on with it and will commit to weighing in on Thursday evenings (the smae night as the group I used to attend).
Thanks for the support, I'm a new poster on here but have been hovering for a while now. I have slightly elevated blood pressure and although I generally look quite slim it's all round my belly! So for the good of my future health, I need to give myself a good kick up the rear!
