Have been falling into the trap of having "treats" on weigh in day, and then struggling to get back on track until after the weekend, so today i have a cream slice which i am saving for this evening to have with a hot choccie and both for only 16 syns i know it's one over but it's a damn site better than ice cream and takeaways and 3 more days of crap lol x

Ive signed up for an xmas challenge but more than happy to do a november one too! Let me know if a thread has started. I got slimmer of the month, so chuffed, and I'm just 1.5lbs off my stone award. Need to think of a good Nov goal, Xmas one is 10st (9.5lbs to go).

I think I'm going to lower my expectations for November and go for a 2lb loss as that's 1/2 a week which yes isn't much but it is for me

Donna, your target is for you and you alone, don't worry about comparing it to anyone else's. My target this month was 5lbs (in 5 weigh ins) other people have much bigger targets but that is fine, it is just not for me

Done my Thursday weigh in!

I am now 10st 13lb! Really pleased that I've got under that 11st barrier! So that's 4lb so far in October. Not sure I'm going to achieve 7lb now but I'm pleased with this loss so far
