Oh dear... fell off the wagon....

    Dukan
    :sigh:
    Had a great four weeks - lost a stone, loved all the food, really pleased.
    Then last week, had one tiny blip, which turned into a huge binge. Now been off the Dukan for 10 days.
    Need to get started again - so disappointed with myself (too scared to stand on the scales!)
    I need some advice please.... Would you recommend starting Attack again?

    I did 3 days PP when I fell off the wagon. It seemed to put me back on track.

    Not sure what advice to give but if it was me I'd do 3 days of attack to get back on track ... Good luck xx

    im new at dukan but my advice would be to jump right back in there and get back doing attack for a few days.

    we all fall off the wagon at one time or another, we're human, things happen, main thing is to get back on plan sooner rather than later :) x
