Oh no, not another food diary!

Hiya,

I thought I would try and get my first week of SW under my belt before starting a food diary and today is start of week 2 for me, so here I am!

Weigh in for me showed a loss of 5lbs (Yay) so naturally the first thing I ate was chocolate lol :rolleyes:

So today...

A.M
Skinny Dairy Milk bar - 5.5syns
Kinder little choc bar - 3.5syns
S&V Snack a Jacks - 4.5 syns

Yep I ate all my syns for breakfast....oh dear.

P.M
SW Titanic burger x2 + HexA of chedder cheese
Massive mixed salad using half a tsp olive oil - Hexb
SW Wedges with cajun seasoning - free
Asparagus wrapped with 2x parma ham - 1syn

Muller light Turkish Delight flavour

2 herbal teas & 1ltr-ish of NAS juice

This was tea...


Back on it properly tomorrow, I have my breakfast and lunch already packed up ready for work.
 
Today went well, though I have been getting a grumble tummy despite eating a fair amount which is odd.

Salad from yesterday with ham mixed through
SW veggie pakoras

Mushrooms fried in frylight
Grilled baby toms
Bacon medallions x2
Baked beans

This was tea...



Still have some syns left so may have a munchie for pud :)
 
So Wednesday I ended up having a lie in, so had breakfast for lunch at work.

A.M/Lunch

Muller light greek yoggy - 0.5syn

Mid-Afternoon
Fruit salad

Then I was bad and my love took me out for tea and we went to Cosmos which is a pan asian buffet place. I did go with good intentions and I had a salad....but then I also had sushi, some indian (very little) noodles, slme mlre sushi and then puddings. Oops!

Anyway, I wiped out my syns for the rest of the day due to that! Stupid arse.
 
Then on Thursday I had the following....

A.M

Honey - 1 syn

P.M
Salad, no dressing
Ham
Boiled eggs
Hartleys 10cal jelly - 0.5syn
Banana

Then we went out for tea again with my love and his daughter. We went to Chiquitos and I had the Halloumi salad, no dressing, which isn't a bad meal really...but there were about 5 big tortilla chips with it and I munched those too. Oops!

When I got home I did lots of cleaning and then had a muller light yoggy.

Because of chiquitos, I wiped my syns for the rest of the day just in case. If chiquitos wasn't that bad syn wise then my syns can be used for yesterdays ginormo buffet!
 
Today I had a bit of a lie in again, then I had to do more tidying for a landlord visit, so I didnt really have time for breakfast before I had to go get the train to Dundee. So breakfast was on the train!

So lunch was at Starbucks so my syns have been blown totally out of the water.....
 
OOoH I have a viewer! Thank you! Luckily the teas taste amazing too, I love that SW encourages me to cook from scratch :)

Due to the burger I just wiped my syns and had nothing else for the rest of the evening. The burger had a bun and mayo and then there were the chips which most certainly weren't sw friendly chippies!

I'm not expecting a big loss this week as I've eaten out a few times and not made the best choices whilst doing so and missed breakfasts and lunches here & there so not really been getting 3 solid meals per day.

Ah well, new week starts tomorrow (today...)

I'm determined to stay on plan this week, I'm sitting here with my SW folder ready to make a meal plan for me and my love, and I've got my breakfast and lunch sorted for tomorrow :)

I need to make a bigger effort to get up early on my days off and get some breakfast in me at a proper breakfast time! Also going back through my food diaries I can see I also need to make a bigger effort at getting more superfree foods into me.

I had a lovely lie in this morning, so me and my love went out for a nice lunch...

Skimmed milk chai latte - HexA of milk...no idea about the chai! Probably ahout a billion points lol

Haddock in breadcrumbs - no idea about the breadcrumbs, but I've poi ts left over from through the week so I think I'm covered
