    I've been on the plan since Saturday-not long I know, but boy oh boy am I not enjoying it!
    The powders are ok I guess, though I think I prefer my mate's post gym protein powder. I bought a few of the smoothies and wowee are they unpleasant. The peach and mango tasted so sugary. And I can't stop my tummy from grumbling. Beginning to think this plan ain't for me :(

    Oh, boy do I know how you feel!

    I only started the plan last Thursday and I really wasn't initially keen on the powder. Try the premade shakes - they are much nicer!!!

    Also what about the meal bars?

    Sorry to hear that you don't like the shake powders. Not everyone likes them.

    As an alternative, have you thought of trying the Tesco Lighter Choices brand? They are cheaper but (in my opinion and to my own taste buds) taste much nicer. The chocolate one mixes up into a nice thick shake if you use a blender. Only one I truly like of SF is the Banana one. I prefer the Tesco powders rather than ready made ones, although they do both. Might be worth a try. I've been on them for nearly a year now (with a short break) and I've lost over two stone on them.

    Good luck with whichever way you decided to continue your journey :)

    I must admit i dont "like" them but i can tolorate them as i now i can control what cal intake im having. For breakfast i like to blend the banana with ice and a chopped banana and for lunch i have x2 ryvitas with low fat soft cheese and snack on fruit- so i really only have 1 shake a day and it seems to be working for me so far 2 weeks into it! Good luck but there are loads of diet plans out there maybe theres something better suited for you!

    The powdered shakes aren't anywhere near as nice as the pre-made ones, give those a try. If you are making the powdered ones, use a hand blender to mix it up to make it more frothy and add crushed ice.
    To get rid of the grumbling tummy, make sure you're having your snacks and make sure you're drinking enough water. If you're really hungry have a can of diet coke and drink it really fast - your stomach will be so full of gas you won't feel like eating anything!
