OK allthis is my first stab at this so here we go:
Wednesday 21st April 2010

Which plan are you following?
If you are doing EE then you need to be having more veg for dinner.
 
Thursday 22nd April 2010 - Over In Holland on business for the day so I didnt do very well as i do not like their food! :(

Banana at the airport
Tea - Milk (HA)

Lunch
Mixed salad
sometime of beef Croquette thingy - Syns (i have no idea)

Brownie and pork white roll on the plane coming home - Syns, i dont know!?

Dinner
Stir fry using dried noodles, soy sauce, mushrooms, ham, spring onions and light spam - 7 syns

Hi Meli yep im doing EE, I usually have more, but just didnt have anything in :(
 
Just make sure you try to get the 1/3 of veg or fruit at every meal. Draw a line under yesterday and start fresh today :)

dinner was a wholemeal 6 inch sub from subways with turkey, ham, lettuce and small portion of cheese (HEA) i count half the sub as a HEB and the other as a syn (6 perhaps?)

SW quiche, huge portion using virtually fatfree cottage cheese so no syns, filled with ham, mushrooms and spring onions, then i had a salad of lettuce, cucumber and spring onions on the side.

Then I had a Hifi bar, the mint crunch one so HEB!
