im still having a lot of trouble with my throat, going back to docs on monday to get it sorted! havent been eating much, but stayed 11st 10lbs this week, went for a buffet chinese thurs after wi though, work doo, was ok at the time afterwards the throat let me pay for enjoying myself lol, but ah well, think im not eating enough which is why im not shifting the weight! but gonna try push it this week :) only 5 weeks till my hols so that's another 5lbs i can lose, taking me to 11st 5lbs which ill be v pleased with ha :D

docs just told me to take pain killers and see how i go for 2 weeks if nothing helps go back for specialist / xrays! it's doing my head in, feels like the lump you get when your trying not to cry in my throat constantly, it's only in left side and its affecting my ear too now i swallow and it stings in one area of throat that's it just one single place where the lump is and wont disappear =/ tried everything, havent a clue if its acid reflux or if ive actually got a lump there :( fed up now hols 5 weeks time and i wanna be better! :(

ANYWAY i dunno what weight i am, been feeling sorry for myself had cheesy chips today but meh! ill get better eventually!

i'm back off my holidays was 12st exactly when i left haven't weighed in yet but i ate a lot, was very nice :) but i'll be back at weight watchers very soon! most likely tomorrow lol on discovery as usual :) will be posting in food diaries when i get back home (at the boyo's atm :) ) hope everyone is well xx

hi everyone, after my hols i was unwell and still am really, having really bad stomach trouble horrible pains like cramps and it's very annoying like someone is stabbing me constantly! anyway went to doctors and they think because ive ate a lot in a short period of time, i'm having trouble with IBS now i've never had trouble with this before so dunno what to do, but im gonna try my best to get on with it :) only got couple of days left on the tablets so shall see after that :)

ANYWAY! i've moved nurseries as the place i was at i hated so requested a transefer to a different one but same company! so much better my first week there! and there are 3 girls that do WW only started 2 weeks ago, so gonna tag along with em and do it :) like the support! SO!!! back to ProPoints i go! didnt get on with it before but ill give it a go :) just need to not use the weeklies i think tbh :) anyway gonna ask for this thread to be closed, or ill just ignore it and then ill start a new one for my fresh new xmas start :) hope everyone is well and doing good!!! bring on the xmas challenge!!! :D xxx


PS: important note, with all this tummy pain and that ive somehow managed to get to 12st 6lbs! =/ lol so thats gonna be starting weight ... will start from monday :)
