Omega 3+6 tablet

I take Omega 3+6 tablets (both baby and I need it for our brains, LOL!). Since these are essentilly oil, do I have to syn them or can I use them as HEb??????? I should be taking 3 a day, but have reduced it to one, LOL!

If you're meant to take 3 a day because it's good for you and baby, do so - it's not worth skipping them just for a tiny bit more weight loss.
