OMG have put weight on!

Only in first week of Induction and I lost 3lbs YIPEEEE
weighed myself and have now put back on 2lbs ARGHHHHHH

My downfall may be the fat i.e too much cheese or cream???
How much fat is allowed? I thought i could eat as much as I needed and it would not affect the weightloss:cry:

are you training at the gym/exercise. muscle mass is bigger than fat so will show up more, i get smaller but sometimes my weight stays same or goes up abit if im training everyday doing cardio an then weights.

sometimes its best to use the tape measure for real results xx
It can be a bit swings and roundabouts in the beginning Jane. I doubt you can have too much fat, you should see what I eat. I'd post your daily eating and let us crit it love.

Oh hon - its happened to me. You are only supposed to have some much cheese and cream per day though.
Is it totm? that can affect you? are you drinking your water quota?
