Hi Lou, its not the easiest thing in the world to do after a break but it can be done hun. 1lb gain this week, could be another 1-2lb gain next week, and before you know it half a stone could be back on. I know you dont want that to happen the same as the rest of us dont want it to happen either. When I had my break, I was feeling like this the first couple of days, but all I did was give myself a good talking to and think where I wanted to be, why I started this and why I am doing it. You need to find that motivation again, but it CAN be done. Just picture yourself in 1 months time, you have 2 choices..........maybe 1 stone lighter than you are now, or the second picture could be possibly half a stone heavier than you are now.
The Lou I know from this forum wants to be the 1 stone lighter girl, so come on girl, your knuckles have now been firmly smacked from me, GET BACK ON THOSE SHAKES TODAY AND STICK WITH IT.
