ok done ok for a while but had a break after my birthday...but i cannot get back on full time.....doing ok during the day just then nights and w/ends are causing me problems. Really fed up been to get a weeks supply today and put on a pound! How do you get your head ready for this.again..I did it once really i can do this again....not doing good here..:(

OH dear - sorry you're struggling! I don't have any experience of coming off and trying to get back on yet so I can't really advise I'm sorry. Just wanted to show a bit of support and send **hugs**.

Thanks Jan, its within i know i gotta dig deep stop the excuses and get on with it, I can do this, I guess I need to think about the whys...thanks just feeling like a looser right now and not in the right term

Hi Lou! How you doing honey? I'm in the same boat and i know some others on here are too! I started back on LT on Friday after a year off. It took me that long to get my head around it again...don't you do the same lol!!

I'm in the same position, evenings and weekends are the worst for me. Evenings probably! But hey if it helps you to sit on here for hours and hours chatting then try it! Works for me! PM me or Add me to facebook too if you fancy a chat..i'm always on that bloody thing, lol xx

Hi Lou, its not the easiest thing in the world to do after a break but it can be done hun. 1lb gain this week, could be another 1-2lb gain next week, and before you know it half a stone could be back on. I know you dont want that to happen the same as the rest of us dont want it to happen either. When I had my break, I was feeling like this the first couple of days, but all I did was give myself a good talking to and think where I wanted to be, why I started this and why I am doing it. You need to find that motivation again, but it CAN be done. Just picture yourself in 1 months time, you have 2 choices..........maybe 1 stone lighter than you are now, or the second picture could be possibly half a stone heavier than you are now.
The Lou I know from this forum wants to be the 1 stone lighter girl, so come on girl, your knuckles have now been firmly smacked from me, GET BACK ON THOSE SHAKES TODAY AND STICK WITH IT.

Big hugs to you and every time you are tempted to put something in your mouth just think of the scales next week.

Can't really advise on restarting as I've never done it. I realise it must be hard but you've done so well up to now. You really want to do this so do it! We're all here to support you and really do want you to do this.

How long were you off LT for? I'm going away Easte weekend and planning to come off Lt just for the weekend an then straight back on it when i get home, just wondering if i am going to struggle.
hi, going to france this week so i am on a break, i just hope i can get back into it when i come home after eating all that lovely french food. some people find it very difficult hope i am not one of them, good luck.

Thanks everyone back on from tomorrow but told myself if I aint doing it to the letter then I aint doing it all......its a lot of money to be messing around with this, I want to do it, I will do it, I loved it when I'd been doing it to the letter and the feeling was amazing. Thanks for all your support i'll pop back on for chats x

im in the exact same boat as u, came off for my OH's 21st and mine is this week too... did WW but feel like iv put laodsa weight on, not sure if i ave or not..

so doin Lipo again startin TODAY! panickin the fat monsters will pop back out but will have to work my behind off...

but its guna b so worth it when we loose the last bit of weight and look fab

I know just where you are coming from, I am too having a hard time getting back on the diet. Attempting again today, I do great like yourself all day then slip in the evenings. Hopefully it will get easier when and if I hit ketosis.

Good luck Lou with your restart. I'm sure it's not going to be that easy, but you've taken the first step and admitted you're struggling. Keep posting on here and listen to all the good encouragement and advice from everyone. You could also ask to borrow the video again from the chemist to reinforce what you're doing and why you're doing it. You've already had a fantastic loss so you know that you CAN do it - we're all here to help you realise that you can CONTINUE to do it!! The weather is getting better now, so get out more, join a club, do some housework, have a bath - just do something when you're feeling tempted so that your mind is taken off eating. Good luck x

hi. totally agree with you about coming off and then having to go back on. ive been trying to get myself in gear after the new year but its been impossible, one thing popping up after another and bascially i think, unless your heads in the right place to do it and say sod it to any outside influences, its not gonna happen x not being negative, just for my experience anyway :) im planning on going back on for a while to lose a few pounds in the near future..oh joy lol
