I have just consumed 1/2 a tub of Co-op healthy choices creme fraich thinking it was free ( why did I not check) only to find it's 1 syn per tbsp .How many tbsp do you think 1/2 a tub is , thought i was being so good now I'm gutted

How many ml were in the tub?

it was a 300ml tub so half is 150ml so i guess thats 10 syns, not the end of the world but i was saving syns as we are going to dinner with friends tonight

had a great evening but did lose control when it came to dessert but decided it's not something i do a lot so I'm back on plan today and am going to have lots of free soup this week to help

Oh the soups should put you right. I am in a similar position on Sat next, going next door for a meal and drinks. She is a fantastic cook!! she know I am on S W but I think it could be a bit of a synful night.
