    Things are finally looking up!

    Hi guys, sorry I haven't logged on as much, been busy with college.

    I want to thank everyone for the support wen I had my 8lb gain. I took your advice and carried on with the plan and lost 3.5lbs this week!! :D I am so happy, it means my body is finally back to normal!

    Plus it was * week for me, the scales woulda shown more of a loss, but I am ecstatic with my loss!

    Hi Yasmine! I'd been wondering how you were getting on. Congratulations on your loss. It should really set you up for the next week, just don't feel down if it's a smaller loss or sts next week. Many people have a pattern of weight loss like that, and looking at your losses over about a month is really useful.

    Thanks very much guys, I will definitely keep at it. I am very aware that my weight loss may slow down but that's a normal process :)
