I've lost 4lb!!!!! In just one week!!!
Can't believe it! I'm very proud of myself :clap:

Things that I think have helped:

Bovril (my new bff, 16 cals per cup), a cup of this while cooking the other's their tea keeps me from picking. Redbush & Vanilla tea is good when I need a sweet kick. Shifting all meals forward by 2 hours has pretty much stopped my evening snack attacks, breakfast shake at 9.30 instead of 7.30, lunch shake at 2 instead of 12, evening meal at 7 instead of 5. And you lot on here of course ;)

Still bouncing!!! :woohoo:

thanks everyone!
alphashallows, I also have a veggy bouillon (sp?) to curb the munchies, tastes like soup, maybe watery soup! I never end up having my 3rd 100cal snack so a cup of two of this a day should be covered!
