Positivity is the key
well done for getting to day 3, as Adam said the worst is almost over, you will feel tired perhaps this week but hopefully it will go and you may get the energy bursts. However listen to your body, it knows what it needs best. 6 weeks will fly, I've done 4 already and I feel like I only started last week. Best of luck.
