Hi all, my dr have me xenical. I felt it was a real 'last chance saloon' I've completely changed my diet the past week. Sticking to the 5% rule etc. Absolutely gutted to weigh today to a 2lb gain! I really thought that this would be what worked, especially with the turnaround in my diet. I'm over 20stones so lots to lose.
