Getting back on plan is so tough, I know because it's taken me about 2 years from my 1st attempt and I'm still here.

You can do this. Get through the first week and you'll be feeling great.

Restarted again have been stuck in cycle. Well restarted my own plan, 2.6lbs down since yesterday, couldn't stay away from here that long oops!

It's an alternate day diet/fast method. I love it, faster losses for me personally, get to eat whatever within reason every other day. Just trying to stop overeating every time a stressful situation occurs. Which is quite often as hubby not well. Anyway how are you? Couldn't find u on fb! thank you for the welcome back too babe xxxx

Hey Hun sounds good and even better if it's working for u which it certainly is... Hope ur hubby gets well soon it's so easy for us o eat in stressful times but focus on ur goal and summer babe... Its day 1 again for me today just plodding along and take in it day by day. Ive deactivated my Facebook hunny for now I've actually requested to delete it permanently as I can't be bothered with it hunny but I'm always here babe or in the fridge (lol joking) ;-)
