tell me about it! made a foolish decision to make a try to connswater this morning... VERY slippery! got there and back safely but wont be venturing out too far for a while at this rate, lol

had a bit of a blow out yesterday. there was cake and chocolate! tbh i think it was needed! it's my first major binge (and wasnt really THAT bad when i think about it) but have written it off so not bothering listing food.

This week I’m making a concerted effort to clear in freezer in time for the xmas shop. So today:

Good idea why_d (clearing the freezer). I'm going to try and do mine over xmas so that's it pretty much all full of SW friendly food (and some ice cream !) rather than a bit full of SW friendly food and quite a lot of syn foods !! Might have to throw out the frozen pizza though...................
