one step at a time

annnnnnnnnnd how was the sausage roll? my sis has just gone to kfc/mcdonalds to get dinner, i politely refused and everyone looked at me in shock horror as if to say 'but what are you going to eat instead?!'
 
the sausage roll was rotten, lol it may have been nicer had i heated it up, but wasnt in the mood to wait, lol

today was very much a flexi day tho as i was at a friends birthday and had chips with my steak and 2 mouthfuls of sticky toffee pudding - it was lush! lol
 
That's always good - it'll put you off craving again for a while! :p

true! hehe

today is another write off! was out for lunch with old friends and had a chicken burger with chips and polished it off with banoffee... things are not looking good for tomorrow, lol

Monday
Breakfast – 2 Weetabix (HEb) 100ml of semi skimmed milk (1/2 HEa) and a bananna
Lunch – veg and barley broth, a pear and an orange
Dinner – chicken breast, sweet potato chips, peas, carrots and swede
Snack – pineapple, a curly wurly (6 syns), toblarone (6 syns)

oh it's v basic, just 100g of pearl barley in a pot with 2 oxo cubes fill the pot about 1/3 full and boil full wack for 30 mins, then add a packet of chopped soup veg from the supermarket, add more water a few more oxo cubes and cook off for a further 30 mins, season to taste

i've not updated in a few days, but i've been on plan throughout, with the exception of last night which was a flexi evening.

having a really really bad day today tho. not foodwise as yet, but that's just cos i cant reach the fridge as my chair is playing up again! i may or may not end up ordering a takeaway as cooking looks out of the question
