leftover frittata, if h dosn't have it

not sure what to make for dinner, i'm alone again from 2ish onwards while h is working a late shift
these are times when i don't cook for myself
may make a pan of something filling, warm and quick to make which will come in handy tomorrow too as out and about


edit - had some tuna, sweetcorn, mayo, pasta, toms

been well off plan last few days so this week is a bit of a write off for me
got family staying over weekend so that throws out the routine too

tomorrow is the start of a new week for me with all 49ers so will have to go back to tracking as it really does help

Get through the weekend and have a lovely fresh start! Tracking is absolutely the only way I can stay on plan. I get a bit obsessive about it when I'm really focussed! Sad!

scraped a sts so glad its not a gain but will have to do better now

daughter made some pumkin cupcakes so had a couple of them and no idea about points!!

oats, soya milk, banana

chicken, lots of veggies

some rye bread from the farmers market & hoummous. grapes

options & cheese

back to it 100% now dd & gd gone back home, down south.

2 rye ryvita, peanut butter, banana, options (8)

quinoa, leek, onion, sweet potoato

salmon, cauli, broccoli, carrots

apple, milky options (1)
 
well that didn't last for very long!!
dd turned up and i fell, nay jumped off the wagon :eek:

feel sort of in the 'holiday' frame of mind with other dd & gd having been here

was out and about today, ended up out longer than thought and both h & i were feeling bit queasy cos not eaten for a while so we ate on the hoof but not very good choices

will start again tomoz
 
A well known cliche, but tomorrow is a new day :) so long as you keep jumping back on that wagon, you'll be ok. It's when you fall off and stay off its a worry. Good luck hun xxx
 
hi mets, well i stayed off the wagon this week and it showed with a lb gain, no suprise really

have realised that when dd and gd have been on a visit i tend to be a bit 'off' if for a few days
a) cos i still miss her after she moved down south cos of her job, now she married there is where she is staying

b) cos i turn to food for comfort

c) cos gd is nearly 1yr old and miss watching her growing up
 
Aww hugs xxx I know what you mean... It's so hard to keep on track when you have things planned and enjoying yourself. A 1lb gain I'd good considering you were off the wagon all week. You'll lose that this week. At least you had a good time :)

crispbreads and marg

so hopefully gonna do better today as spent most of yesterday sleeping too after not sleeping too well over last few nights
 
You'll get back on track x sometimes life just gets in the way lol x
