only lost 12lb in 6 wks doing LL

Think the average is about 3lbs a week. But it all depends how close you are to your ideal weight. I know that when I started the weight was falling off but as I got closer to my BMI it slowed to 2lb a week, to be expected i suppose. Have a think about what you're doing packwise as well.
Are you having all 4 packs?
Are you having 4 litres plain water a day?
Are you spacing them out enough?
Has anything slipped into your diet that shouldn't be there? Chewing gum, multi vitamins.....
Have you been drinking loads of water before you go for your weigh in? Have you tested your ketones?
Do you feel like you've lost inches instead?

Its had to keep going if you're not getting the results you'd hoped for but would you have lost less weight with WW or SW, would it have been 1lb a week instead. Try to stay strong but 12lbs is a lot of weight (hold a 1lb of sugar!) and if you hadn't been on LL what would your weight be now!! Take Care x
