I didn't even go over my points! The only thing I can think of is that I used a fair few of my weekly points in Monday and Tuesday. I was between my allocated 35 and 29 everyday up till then but had 46 on Monday and 47 yesterday and only lost a measly pound! Should I have not used them towards weigh in day? Urrrgghh it's so frustrating that I stayed within my points, it was looking good for a 3lb loss by my scales at home and then I only lost a measly 1lb!
