Only lost 1lb :(

I didn't even go over my points! The only thing I can think of is that I used a fair few of my weekly points in Monday and Tuesday. I was between my allocated 35 and 29 everyday up till then but had 46 on Monday and 47 yesterday and only lost a measly pound! Should I have not used them towards weigh in day? Urrrgghh it's so frustrating that I stayed within my points, it was looking good for a 3lb loss by my scales at home and then I only lost a measly 1lb!

You never know - you could get a really big loss next week.
Our bodies are strange and it may be water retention, or anything!

You still managed to save a surplus of 3500kcal which is almost 2 days worth of food for a normal person!

1lb is still a loss! :) So, well done. :)

Don't get disheartened....hopefully all your hard work will show next week with a bigger loss....x

I'm the same I only lost 1lb this week I didn't go over my daily 29pp & I didn't even dig into my weekly 49pp Gutted:(!

I'm putting down to TOTM & hoping it will even its self out next week. x

I hope so! Totm was last week though so I was hoping that would contribute to more of a loss this week!

1lb is a great loss!! don't be dissapointed and look at the bigger picture... 1lb per week is 3st 10lb over the course of a year!!! xxx

It's me tomorrow people and i'm really worried! My first weigh in! I think once the first one is over with I will feel better. I would be glad to lose 1lb because right now i honestly believe i'm going to gain!! eeek Will let you know tomorrow! But whatever happens I will stick to it! We can all do it!! :)
