Only my third day..

    Hiya..this is what I had today :))

    Breakfast
    Special K Mini Breaks - 3
    Melon - 0
    Grapes - 0

    Lunch
    Tesco Light Choices Dutch Crispbakes (3) - 2
    Extra Light Garlic & Herb soft cheese 1/6 tub - 1
    3 Slices of turkey ham - 1
    French fries cheese & onion - 2
    Hartley's Cranberry & Raspberry fat free jelly - 0

    Dinner
    Small jacket spud - 5
    Tuna - 3
    Lighter than light mayo - 1
    Sweetcorn - 2
    Maltesers - 5

    Snacks
    Hula hoops original - 5
    Jaffa cakes (3) - 4

    Still quite afew left which is nice. Got a weigh in tomorrow (doing it online) but next week will be my first full week.

    I am new here and going it alone... so will be following your food diary if you don't mind? I look at your food and sounds great but I wonder when you add points what weight is it approx?

    Thanks all for your support, lost 1lb but still finding my feet with all this! So looking forward to my first full week :) xx

    Jaffa cakes (3) - 4
