Oooo Quark help please! :)

Today I discovered quark, but I was wondering, can anyone tell me how many calories it is by say the tablespoon rather than grams, I don't have scales and find it easier to measure by the spoonful...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Quark is a soft cheese and it is free on all plans. You can use it in quiches and you can add sweetener to it to use as a topping on cakes and such.

i use to buy quark,i think the whole tub is about 150cals.
