Oooops - I forgot my last packet

Last night as I lay my head down to go to sleep I suddenly realised I had not had my 4th packet. I was too tired to deal with it and I had just had a pint of water so felt full and didn;t think I could get one down and then lay down to sleep all full of fluid...Just wondering, should I have 5 today or just move on? Only concerned about the nutrition factor.

Don't worry about it and no don't have it today.

Remember though it is dead important to have all your packs to keep you safe so try and make this a one off.

LOL what're you like Mrs! I bet a week a go you wouldn't have believed that you could have forgotten one of your 4 packs a day :)

I have done it a few times where I have gotten to late on and realised that I was one short for that day!! You wouldn't think it was possible but it does happen, well to me anyway.
I just give myself a slap and make sure i have my four packs the next day.
As Mike says, nutritionally it is essential we have the four a day. Once in a while won't hurt but not on a regular basis!!
