Hi guys,
I'm new to the Dukan Diet and started on Monday. My weigh in before I started was 69kg (152.1lbs) and after weighing this morning, I am 66.9kg (147.5lbs). I am delighted with the results and aim to continue through with all phases to reach my ultimate goal of 57.2kg (126lbs).
I have tried various diets but never manage to stick to them as I'm always tempted by foods which I cannot eat in moderation. Dukan has allowed me to stop craving sweet treats and fried meals and my OH has actually made the comment that I'm glowing.
I have been sticking to 2 litres of water and 2 green teas a day (which sees me running to the toilet like a mad woman
lol!) but I definitely feel much better on the inside.
I am an avid participant in various carnivals, so I need to shake of the excess weight so I can look cute in a bikini costume once again.
I'm looking forward to staying motivated by the other Dukan followers, as I see you're such a helpful community
