i have made a -promise to myself that no body is ever telling me wot to do ever again so i guess being a PA is totally out on my ideal job list then aint it?
mind you i guess the money you earn has got to totally blow what i earn in a local shop out the water ... hmmm lol xx

my figleaves underwear order finally arrived yesterday (bloody DHL and China customs) and I'm going to have to send a lot of it back... either the bra manufacturers are getting more generous with sizing, or i really have shrunk. it seems more the band size than the cup size though, which is good!

Morning Dukanettes,

I did weigh in at 61kg this morning but it is a day after weigh-in and I still haven't used the toilet properly.

So I will officially weigh in next week

Made a quick oatbran porridge (100ml milk, 2tbs oatbran) and decided to put a cube of diabetic milk choc in it.

It melted straight away and tasted very yummy

I took a pic of the baggy jeans and here it is...

The jeans are a size 10 and were caught on my belly hump at one point but as you can see, I've either stretched them out previously or I have seriously lost weight in that area #WhoopWhoop

Those ain't no stretched jeans! That's a slim little tum! Wowzers, looking great!!

Totally hear you about the office by the way. We're a relatively small humanitarian charity with 100 people in head office, so you'd think it would be decent people who are socially minded enough to tidy up after themselves. But no, people leave all their dirty stuff on the counter - even though there's a dishwasher! I have a suspicion it's all the men who have wives or mothers who do it all for them. They just assume it flies itself into the clean cutlery drawer after they've used it as one minute they've left it in the sink, the next it's gone.

Trinnimaria, you're near Old St right? We don't actually work in the same office and haven't realised yet do we?!!?

I've decided to do 5 PV days and then 5 PP when I get back from Rotterdam on Sunday.

The heat has made me want salads more, but I will do 1pp/1PV the week after

Did a session of Dance Central last night and made sure I got all 5 stars on the difficult songs, before I could move on.

The way my heart was beating when I had finished and I felt really dehydrated (even after having 3ltrs of water yesterday), so I know I worked my socks off (not that I was wearing any, or much of anything else for that matter lol).

Really enjoying the weather, so much so that I got off a few stations before and walked to work

My tortilla wraps and pitta bread have arrived #WhoopWhoop

3g carbs and 2g fat, which is not bad considering some snacks are way more than that.

Will let you know how they are...will try making a kebab today or tomorrow...yum!
