Operation size 10 jeans!

So, quite shocked to weigh myself this morning and I'm down 2lbs from yesterday, so I'm now 9st 9lbs!! I haven't had a drop like that since attack. Today is a PV day, so it will probably shoot back up again, but I've changed my stats anyway!!! :D:D I have just finished my TOTM, so that could have something to do with it, or maybe my scales are broken??? :eek: Anyway, that now means I am only 2lbs away from my goal!

Here is the menu for today!
B - Chocolate Dukan porridge (did I mention that I love this stuff?!! :D)
L - Prawn & egg salad, ff yogurt
D - Salmon, lots of green veggies
Exercise - 1hr @ the gym

I'm now starting to get excited about moving over to conso! Some of the food choices can get a bit boring on cruise, so it will be nice to introduce some new food groups. Through my cruise phase I've been focused on fitting in the jeans (almost there!), and I think my focus for conso is going to be exercise!!! I'm going to start the Insanity workout (60 day programme), which looks crazy, but will hopefully get me super fit and toned! Trini and Laura are starting it on the 13th August (I think?), so that's when I'm going to start too (slighly scared!!!).

Regarding the tofu, I did buy the silken variety, but I still didn't like it. Maybe I didn't mix it properly, as the consistency wasn't very smooth.
 
OMG!!! 2lbs away?! That's mega! I need to stop playing up and behave myself.

I'm like a naughty schoolgirl at the moment and it doesn't help that I feel a bit stressed.

Great news ceri! That's all I have left too, and it will be lovely to reach the goal together! I am so looking forward to conso too, and I've been thinking that even if I stop cruise next week, 1k away from tw, I can go back on cruise to lose that later on. Shouldnt be anything wrong with doing this in stages, right? But still in 2 minds, as im very stubborn and i hate not achieving what I've set out to do. I feel i'm at the point where I'm close to cheating and need a change, though, and I'd rather do that on conso in a controlled way.

But for this week, eye on the prize and let's hope we both get closer to tw!!

I think this could possibly be progress in my attitude towards snacking, before I would have eaten the whole packet! (wishful thinking??!!)

So....thats 156 calories, 6.6g of fat, 21.6g of carbs.....and 1.8g of protein!!!

Tomorrow is my weekly weigh-in, so hopefully I'll still be 9st 9lbs, but we shall see! I think a 3lb loss will be too much to ask for after that! I always seem to sabotage the diet the day before my weigh-in, must plan my weak moments better.

I'd also just like to say that I blame my cat for the Oreo-fest this afternoon. She kept me awake all last night, bringing in not one, but two mice! I've been so tired all day, and I just needed something nice to perk me up a bit. She may look cute, but this cat is actually a trained assassin!!!!

I've been bad again today, and I've eaten more Oreo's!!! Must stop cheating!!!

Official weigh-in today and 2lb loss this week....! :)

I'm so excited, tomorrow I'm watching hockey at the Olympics!!! Can't wait x

We had an amazing time on Friday at the Olympics!!!! We had tickets for the hockey and got to see GB's men thrash Pakistan 4-1. We then set up camp in the park and watched all the action on the big screen. It was such an amazing atmosphere! The diet didn't really go to plan on Friday though....... I ended up drinking beer and eating sandwiches ... but come on, this was a once in a lifetime experience, so I don't really care that I broke the diet! I'm back on track now though, and hoping to stay the same at my next weigh-in on Thursday! :cross:

Back to mouse-watch, Yuki (my cat), brought in another mouse last night, so that brings the body count to 3 this week. It's a horrible task every morning waking up and searching the house for carcases. Gross!

Anyway, here is the plan for today (PV)

L - Mushroom omelette & salad
D - Salmon served with broccoli & carrots
Snacks - ff yogurt, sf jelly
Exercise - I'm starting the 30 day shred DVD, so day 1 of 30
