Orange sorbet

i'v made this by accident i'm thinking its not completly syn free but i think it is quite low.
I made up a sugar free orange jelly with a tin of grapefruit segments in own juice.
I didn't have room in my fridge so i popped it in the freezer but forgot about it so when i remembered it was nearly frozen.
Then i had a brain wave and mixed it up a bit and whisked 3 egg whites till stiff and stired into the jelly and popped it back in freezer for a little while. it made alot filled a small icecream tub and tastes just like orange sobet with fruity chunks.

could someone help me work out the syns please.

1 Sugar free orange jelly
1 can grapefruit segments in own juice
3 egg whites

it makes loads so not something you can eat all in one go.

So assuming it was a large can of grapefruit that would be about 7.5 syns for the whole dish.

thanks i knew it was low just couldnt find my book.
sorry was being a bit lazy.lol
it makes alot so that would be one or 2 syns per serving.
It is really refreshing.
