Just a quick one does anybody use biggest loser bars or tesco bars as a replacement to an exante product?

Only on day 3 n had a bl bar today as was out n came over really rough with no packs on me also saw tesco bars on special so bought two packs.... All oppinions greatfully received

Ps I know they aren't as nutritionally balanced so would just use as n when not all the time

The Tesco Ultra Slim meal replacement bars are a perfect replacement. I use those instead of Exante. There is a sticky about other diet bars with a list of what you can and cant have x
