I have been doing sw since Jan 11 and have been very up and down so hoping that by posting this diary will help keep me on track. I do go to meetings but only get weighed and I am not able to stay for the meeting as OH takes me and waits while I pop in.

Please feel free to comment all advice welcome.

Wednesday 12 May 2011 Extra Easy

HBa 350 ml skimmed milk
HBb

1.5 litre of NAS squash

Breakfast

Bacon grilled all fat removed
2 poached eggs
baked beans
large grilled tomato

Lunch

Salad with homemade salsa
Muller light yoghurt

Dinner

Salad
Potato & Spring Veg Tortilla without cheese ? syns
Tinned salmon

Strawberry Mouse
sf jelly and ff yogurt 1/2 syn

2 glasses red wine 12 syns

Total 12 1/2 syns

Well even though I didnt keep my diary going I did manage a 2lb weight loss this week so going to try and update every day from now on

Wednesday 18th May

1.5 ltr squash

Salad with cottage cheese
Muller light yoghurt

Dinner

Spring veg Tortilla
Salad
Tinned salmon

sf jelly & Muller yoghurt 1/2 syn

2 glasses of red 12 syns

12 1/2 sysns

Exercise 45 mins walk

Not sure if I will be posting my diary everyday-not sure if I will have the time but I am definitely definitely determineed to stay in touch with everyone....maybe I should post my diary hmmmmmmm

Vegetable home made soup

SW Chips
2 Morrisons lf sausages 1 syn each

Total 5.5 syns
 
Once you have done it a couple of times you can edit it so it doesnt take too long does make you think about what you are eating lol

Was doing really well until the weekend Chinese, homemade strawberry cheesecake and wine bugger so wanted a 2lb loss, weigh in tonight so will be back on it from tomorrow

Heck we all have slips. I went out last Thursday and got hammered-ooops!!
Lucky I was so drunk I got home and went straight to bed instead of ordering Dominos (not necessarily very good-as it proves how bad I was lol)

So fingers crossed it will be OK.

I lost 1 lb this week lol
