Painkillers are they ok?

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can answer this one for me. I'm on day 4 of SS and its going grand, but I've put my back out( ongoing back problems not helped by the weight) and I need to take prescription painkillers, Solpadol during the day & Diazepan at night. I'm probably going to be taking them for at least 5 days.

Can I continue SS while taking these?

Thank you for that link, I didn't think to look at that myself.

I stopped SS yesterday anyway as I had taken a few Solpadol and my Hubby said I was talking gibberish after taking them.

I'll give my CDC a call in the morning and see what she thinks. Its a major pain - ha ha! - as I'm all geared up to get going on the diet.

The diazepam needs a drs sig and monitoring throughout. Not sure about the other. Glad to hear you've come off SS. Hopefully your CWPC can phone the medical dept for you tomorrow.
