Day 2 - Flexible Syns, EE

Breakfast - Bacon, Egg, Mushrooms, Grilled Toms, Baked Beans, 2 x WW Bread

Lunch - Apple, 1 Alpen Light,


Dinner - F Syns, Chinese Buffet, 3 glasses wine (forgot about the G&T's)

Day 3 - EE

Breakfast - cup of tea, I know I should have something, but I'm still full of last nights chinese :eek:, so will have lunch early

Lunch - Salmon, SW chips, Peas, pickled onions (they were random but nice), followed by banana

Dinner - pasta & sauce baked with ham, veg &
He B cheese on top.

Snacks - small slice cous cous cake.

syns - 2 x dry martini = 5, 4 x Mikkado = 2
total = 7

Not good on EE

I've realised that I'm not good on EE, I'm sure I don't honestly have 1/3rd superfree... hmmmm gonna have to watch that. some foods just don't seem to go with fruit/veg, take today, salmon chips & peas, really couldn't face putting veg or salad with it, ate a banana afterwards but wasn't hungry for it, isn't that just defeating the object then if I eat after lunch just to eat superfree? :confused:
 
Day 4 - Red
Pre-breakfast - Apple
Breakfast - Bacon, Egg, Tomato, Mushrooms

Lunch - mackerel in tom sauce, 6 x ryvita crispbread (He B)
Mid afternoon, nectarine, satsuma

Dinner - Aubergine stuffed with Spicy Mince, 227g Jacket pot (He B), topped with LF Cheese slice 2.5 syns

Activia Yogurt & Melon

Syns - Fibre plus Bar = 5.5
Cheese 2.5
Total = 8 syns

Day 5 - Green

Pre - Breakfast - Banana, nectarine

Breakfast - HeB 3 x WW bread, baked beans, melon

mid morning - satsuma

Lunch - mug shot, activia yogurt

Dinner - chick pea dhal, rice,

Snacks - "mullerrice" made by adding plain rice to muller light yogurt, kellogs fibre+ bar (HeB)

syns - 6 Mikado = 3

Day 6 - Green

Breakfast - weetabix (HeB) with 2 x nectarines and banana

lunch - pasta with ratatouilli

dinner - Asda prawn curry with rice (6 syns), SW chips

Snack - 2 x Alpen light bars (He B)

fingers crossed for a good loss this week please everyone

Day 7 - green
weigh day!!

Breakfast - 3 ww bread (HeB) + 2 scrambled eggs
apple, satsuma

Lunch - jacket Potato, baked beans, activia yogurt

Dinner - chicken Kebab (post weigh treat 10 syns)

Days 1 & 2- Friday & Sat

I'm just ignoring Friday & Sat and getting down to it today:eek:.
I was at work from 6-6 Friday and only managed to grab a sandwich and a bag of crisps, really busy day with no break, so called at chippy on way home :break_diet:. Out shopping with a friend yesterday (Sat) which turned into a very long lunch in a wine bar, had a wonderful time :D, but ate my way through the menu. :mad:
Luckily I have till Thursday to pull it back. I'm not posting Fri & Sat on my diary as I know I'll get hung up about it and I need to draw a line and get back on track. I'm aiming to do success express for the rest of the week, see where that gets me :eek:.

Sunday - EE (Success Express )

Breakfast - yogurt, satsuma & apple

Lunch - Chicken, new pots, SW coleslaw - (1/2 syn mayo)

Dinner - jacket Potato, salad, sw coronation chicken yummy :p, syns - 1/2 syn mayo,

Snack - He B - Fibre plus bar

Syns - glass wine - 8

total syns - 9 :D

Monday - SE (Red)

Breakfast - Bacon, toms, mushrooms, 3 ww toast (He B)

Snack - 2 x satsumas

Lunch - Salad, Coronation chicken (1/2 syn), yogurt

Dinner - Sea Bass, New Pots (He B), lots of veg

Snacks - Shape Zero Yogurt

Have deliberately kept syns low today

Tuesday - SE (Green)

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (He B) Banana, grapes

Lunch - large salad with boiled egg & cous cous - mayo 1/2 syn

Dinner - SW chips, peas, salad, cheese (3 x Babybell light He B) Omlette

Syns - Cadburys light mousse = 3

Wednesday - red (SE)

Breakfast - bacon, eggs, tomatos, mushrooms, 1 x WW bread (part He B)

Lunch - Mackerel in tom sauce on 2 x ww bread (rest of He B), 2 x satsumas, activia yogurt

Dinner - braised steak in tinned tomatos with , He B new potatos, cabbage, carrots & muller light yogurt

Syns - 5 x cadbury shots (little chocolate football things)

note to self: felt bad so ate chocolate - that is NOT the thing to do. Chocolate did not make me feel any better and I'm still stressing about wot I've done this morning...

Thursday - Flexible Syns - Birthday meal out

Breakfast - banana & 2 weetabix (He B)

Lunch - ham salad with boiled egg

Dinner - Indian meal out - shared between 3 - 1 bottle wine, chicken tikka starter, pilau rice, chicken rogan josh, saag aloo, nan bread.

Friday - Green Day

Breakfast - 3 ww bread (Heb), baked beans

Lunch - cous cous & Beanfeast

Dinner - Pasta & sauce

Snack - Fibre plus bar
 
Sat & sunday - total wipeout ;-(

But, it was my birthday weekend - so back with a vengance on Monday
 
Monday - EE

Brekkie - Kipper & scrambled eggs

Lunch - Chicken & Bacon salad sandwich (3 ww bread HE B), followed by fruit salad, 1 glass wine 6 syns

Dinner :yuk:- really rather strange and not nice at all,
chicken, bacon, spring onions, mushrooms, mash and mushy peas. Its called having one of them days!!!

Lunch - SW coronation chicken with 6 ryvita crispbreads (He B)

Dinner - SW KFC & Coleslaw (7 syns for 200g) with BNS wedges :drool:

Wed - Red

Brekkie - bacon, egg, mushrooms, toms followed by strawberries, banana & yogurt

Lunch - 6 ryvita crispbread (HeB) with sw coronation chicken & chicken with bacon (leftovers, had you guessed)

Dinner - spaggetti bolognaise use 35g wholemeal pasta as HeB.

Syns - small glass wine - 6
mini mars bar - ???? any ideas folks?

Thursday - Weigh in Day - GREEN

Breakfast - tinned spagetti on 3 ww bread toasted (HeB)

Lunch - cous cous with boiled egg (random)

Dinner - Low fat supernoodles

busy night tonight - finish work at 2.30 - home for 3(ish) need to walk dogs, weigh in for 4.45, back home, dinner, college for 5.45 whew!!!
