So I'm just getting into the swing of things with SW, haven't done it before, haven't really dieted before apart from keeping the odd food diary here and there. Going to record my food diary here more for my own benefit, but if anyone finds it helpful that's a bonus! Any comments are greatly welcome though, I'm new to this so I'm always open to advice from more seasoned SW'ers. I'm doing the EE plan from home.
Going to have a bash at colour coding my entries for easy reference.

SYN COUNTER - 20 syns (85 for the week left) (105 syns for the week total allowance at a max of 15 a day, Fri-Thu)
I know 15 syns a day is the top limit but since I'm new to this I'm going to allow myself the full 15 if I need them, but maybe aim for 12 max as I get used to the plan.
Friday = Weigh-in day (starting weight) - 12st5.5lb
