So I'm just getting into the swing of things with SW, haven't done it before, haven't really dieted before apart from keeping the odd food diary here and there. Going to record my food diary here more for my own benefit, but if anyone finds it helpful that's a bonus! Any comments are greatly welcome though, I'm new to this so I'm always open to advice from more seasoned SW'ers. I'm doing the EE plan from home.
Going to have a bash at colour coding my entries for easy reference.

I know 15 syns a day is the top limit but since I'm new to this I'm going to allow myself the full 15 if I need them, but maybe aim for 12 max as I get used to the plan.

Soo yesterday wasn't an easy day syns wise, had some friends round for dinner and so overspent my syns when it came to wine and dessert!! Luckily we don't have people round all that often so I'll just get back on the horse and carry on....

THEN I went to my friends house to watch the football, there was wine...there were nibbles......:( SYN COUNTER - 36.5 (36.5/105 left for the week)
This makes me was to cry. A lot. I think my resolve totally crumbles when I'm in a social situation and other people are drinking and eating!! I now have 36.5 syns to last me the Mon-Thu so will be a good girl for the week (fingers crossed)!

So far not so good. AND, today I woke up starving and had double the recommended 28g serving of porridge. Blah!

Did the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred Level 1 video today from YouTube, it was hard work!! A lot like Davina's first exercise DVD but less laborious as it squeezed more work into 30 mins rather than a slow hour. I liked it but don't think I'll be able to commit to doing it every day like you're supposed to. However will try and make it a regular thing, especially as a gym replacement when the weathers bad and I don't want to go out. Going to ache tomorrow!

Going to allow myself 10 syns for tonight, so that's 4 drinks. Then I'll have 6 syns for Thursday. Yay!

So weighed myself today, and after one week I've lost 2.5lb!! Quite pleased with that considering the wine I had which I thought would cut back my losses substantially. Onwards and upwards!

I photocopied it from a friend, the first page inside the book is some purple grapes? lol My book has all the cereals at 28g except kelloggs all bran and weetabix crunchy bran. Have they all changed? This is great, 28g is just not enough! x
