Pasta Arrabbiata

Hi all

A girl was leaving today so we went to the pub for lunch. I chose the pasta arrabbiata. It came with Garlic bread but I gave this to one of my colleagues

Does anyone have any idea on the syn value for this. I have tried looking everywhere but the only one I can find is tescos own brand which is 2 1/2 syns. It was penne pasta in a tomato and herb sauce. It wasn't creamy at all and I also left some of the sauce as it was quite spicy.

I'd probably count it as 6 syns for a tbsp of olive oil in the sauce, but you're not going to get an exact answer unless you know what went into it and how it was cooked.
