Im really pleased how well iv stuck to it and been to the gym im really hoping for a good loss monday i need to get back on track after the last couple of weeks xx

I switched to EE and i was so pleased that i resisted all the naughty things from the chinese takeaway shop. I feel really chuffed, i think the EE still worked as i had had superfree with everything anyway and only fruit in between meals so fingers crossed xx
