My week has been the same as all the others Paula, except Ive had less syns this week. Im not up to 80 yet and tomorrow is my last syn spending day! lol I was tempted to have a vodka or two tonight but I cant be bothered to go buy any so I'm having a pomegranite green tea instead :eek: Not much of a substitue but tasty all the same :D lol

Im looking forward to my girlie gathering on Saturday night :D

i daren't not eat breakfast lol!!
Im trying to be really good but i have the * week from hell and feel as though i could eat a horse(not literally of course!) Also im back to the doctors today , getting a bit fed up with it all really, but know i must not give in as otherwise i will eat easter eggs until they are all gone within a 10 mile radius of me lol!!! xxxx

Thanks roziee, i have new tablets so we will see on the plus side it was my daighters birthday friday and my husbands saturday and apart from a bit of cake (synned) i have been pretty good , hows your weekend been Roziee xx
 
So i have been AWOL a while now, i have been told i have Gluten Intolerances so i have recently started a Gluten Free diet, I have not weighed myself and have been eating whatever im allowed rather than thinking about what i am eating.
My new weigh day for now will be Tuesday simply because that was the day that i started my GF diet.

So here goes
