Personal experiences on GI diet?

I was on CD, SS, but have had to come off for a while. My CDC has advised me to follow the GI diet, and I was won dering how everyone else has got on with it, re weight loss? Also how many kcals per day and fat grams do you try to stick to?

Hiya, to be honest I do not count the calories, of course I am watching the fat and eating it as less as poss ( Ie: buying as much fat free, extra lean stuff). I am just being sensible, if I have pasta I just make sure I eat more veg. Typically they say you should divide your plate in 3, half of it should be veg and the rest is half protein, half carbs.
