I bought some pheasant livers to try (which I have) but I couldn't find a recipe on how to cook them or what to serve them with. Is there anyone who has a recipe for pheasant livers.
BTW they taste quite nice, just like a strong liver taste. We will definately try it again.
At the same time when I bought the livers I also bought widgeon (duck family) that wasn't very nice.
