wow kimber, you are doing really well, how is the running going, I have had a touch of shins splints its all that uphill climb on the treadmill!!

Many thanks for your kind post - the running is going really well - I can now manage 5km in 35 minutes. I would really like to enter the race for life next year and get a time of under 30 mins so lots of training for me. Hope you are getting on ok!

5k in 35 mins that is brilliant, i walked it a fews ago took me about 50 mins, god i was cream krackered. I think running is one on the best exercises to lose weight and really tone up the legs. Well done you mrs.x

L: half tub minestrone and poppy seed roll with ham, spread and marmite
D: Thai green curry, thai starters, rice

S: not enough water lots of alcohol with friends this eve

D: Pork loin with sweet chilli sauce, jacket pot, veggies and rataouille
