D: cod, jacket pot and veggies

S: working in store today so only 2L water and 1 bottle d coke

E: store work oh my! and 5.09km in 35 mins yay good day!

L: 1 bread, 3 rivita, 1/2 tin tuna, cream cheese and rocket with tomato
D: Salmon steak jacket pots and veggies

S: 2 tea, 3L water, 1 d coke, 1 d lemonade

Right then I am back! Starting tom morning! I am not going to weigh until payday this month as am scared but am sure all the xmas excess will be off by then! Happy dieting!

E: hill walking 22 mins 301 cals - oh my forgot how hard it was. I have a sore leg (I think I have a little strain so am easing back in gently)
 
Wednesday

B: 30g Bran Flakes 100ml skim milk
L: 50g cous cous, 5g veg stock granules, 1 small avocado, peppers, cucumber, toms, onions, celery and chilli and ginger mixed in (yumma) and salad leaves
D: 1 chicken breast - large stir fry (frozen veggies, fresh courgette, carrot, peppers and chilli and ginger) 70g wild rice

S: 3L water, 1 d coke, 2 coffee, 2 tea

E: 30 min jog, 310 cals 4.28km

This snow is horrific but not getting in the way of my new year excercise!
