The treadclimber is a great workout but not so hard on the old joints as running - but you burn more calories which is great!! It does take a few sessions to get used to and I have nearly fallen off several times. I suggest that if you ever try it kimmy you do it in a room on your own so as to cause the least amount of embarassment hehe!! xx

Well done with the running kimber - did you find it horrendous or did you enjoy it!? Could be the start of something new?! Even if it is just once a week I find it really rewarding getting out of the gym and running on the road / park :)

Ha-ha I am glad you had a terrible weekend food / drink wise as mine was also horrendous and obviously wasn't restricted only to the weekend die to the chinese wedding yesterday!! i did manage a 10k run on Saturday though - although this doesn't even beging to balance out the food and alcohold intake!!

I will try to be very good for the rest of this week so as not to put on any pounds on friday. It is very unlikely that i will loose any this week :(

I did actually enjoy it and felt great when I finished, Matt was fantastic and really motivational - not sure I could do it in my own. we are off out again tonight to do the figure of 8 circuit at the park check me!

How was the wedding yesterday? Did you have loads of scrummy food! My weekend was just horrific!

Actually this week has been terrible as I have been out of my routine and so have ended up eating things I wouldn’t normally. The scales have suffered as a consequence. Also today I have another buffett to attend!!!! As I am going to be having a very bad weekend I think I am going to write this week off now and be extra extra good next week.

Actually I was thinking of having a meat free week – what do you think? Just as a way of keeping the calories extra low for a week to make sure that I loose next Friday!? Will obv be substituting for LOADS of veggies!! Let me know what you think xx
 
Hey Fifi,

We all have these weeks!! It must be hard at work with all these food opportunities, I hate it at meetings when there are naughty foods and then everyone picks on me for not eating bad stuff!

I weighed this morning and was not happy with the figure (only had put on 1lb - so not horrific, given my weekend not that bad but dont think I deserved it) so though I would wait one more day and then post what ever it says then!

I also feel really bloated this morning (mother nature has a lot to answer for grrrrr) and though this might impact - I live in hope! I bet you it will be silly and like a 2lb loss or something ridiculous!

I think the meat free week sounds good babes, will you have fish or go completely cold turkey - I think I am going to have one after my jollies to kick start me again! anyway enjoy that buffet today you may as well make the most of the weekend before the meat free experience!
