Searched on google and the forums and couldn't find an answer - could someone check for me?
I am devastated - I bought this in the shop (it was sneakily in between all the muller lights, not even at the end or above/below them), opened it for lunch there, thought it had gone off because it was so lumpy and it turned out it was the muller rice! :cry:
Even thinking it was off didn't even put me off eating it though, I scare myself sometimes!
Scared of the syn value especially because I was only having a banana and muller rice for lunch as I'm out for dinner tonight
