Definitely get the measuring tape out! I know carbs take you out of ketosis but as long as you don't overdo it, you should be fine re weight-gain, especially as you'll need extra energy if you're exercising more than usual.
 
Training is going well thanks, not even gained weight even though I've been munching through lots of pudding and ice cream! I must try and eat better though. I'm feeling a lot fitter and tbh I'm not fussed about not loosing weight because I feel fitter and I think I am toning up. 10k still seems a massive distance though so I better keep up the training!
